We came in, gave them our order (which was quite large because we were 10 people), then they let us sit across the street at the hotel with a glass of wine, and only 20 minutes later ALL of our food was prepared and ready to go. (1) Value: our total bill for mineral water, a bottle of 2013 Riserva Montapulciano, Primo and Secondi Piatti, 2 desserts, 2 espressos, and Limoncello came to only 125€ and we added a 20% tip. This was surprisingly inexpensive for the quality experience we had.

(2) Ambience: The restaurant was on a side street 5 minutes walk from the apartment we rented. We ate outside due to the amazingly temperate weather. Italian cafe society is a joy to experience.

(3) Service: Our waiter Umberto was superb. Service was quick and unobtrusive.

(4) Quality: All of the food was excellent. The courses we selected are listed below.

(5) Overall Experience: Umberto looked like he could have been my husband's long-lost Italian brother separated at birth. He made the restaurant's Limoncello himself. As my husband makes Limoncello as well, they spent time comparing their recipes. Umberto graciously consented to having his photo taken with us, and signed a menu for our collection. He was absolutely delightful.

This restaurant is highly recommended.
